These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EV Pump Mobile Application, EV Pump Cards, website, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Service”) operated by EV Pump Services Private Limited (“EV Pump”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. EV Pump is not liable for unauthorized account use.
The Service enables users to locate charging stations, manage charging sessions, make payments, and access related features.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
Charging availability and speed may vary based on vehicle compatibility, power supply, technical conditions, and location factors.
EV Pump does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for delays or failures caused by outages or third-party infrastructure.
Payments may be required for charging sessions or services. All transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways.
Pricing and tariffs may change and will be displayed before confirmation.
Refunds will be processed according to EV Pump policies and applicable laws. Charging sessions once initiated may not be refundable, except in cases of technical failure attributable to EV Pump.
EV Pump may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations or harmful conduct.
All logos, trademarks, software, and content are owned or licensed by EV Pump. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
EV Pump is not responsible for third-party services linked within the platform.
EV Pump shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three months.
You agree to indemnify and hold EV Pump harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India.
EV Pump may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.
