These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EV Pump Mobile Application, EV Pump Cards, website, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Service”) operated by EV Pump Services Private Limited (“EV Pump”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using EV Pump, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. EV Pump shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service allows users to locate EV charging stations, initiate and manage charging sessions, make payments, and access related features.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Availability of charging stations, charging speed, and charging outcomes may vary based on vehicle compatibility, power supply, technical conditions, and location-specific factors.
EV Pump does not guarantee uninterrupted charging services and shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by technical issues, power outages, or third-party infrastructure.
Users may be required to make payments for charging services, subscriptions, or other features through supported payment methods.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. EV Pump does not store full payment card details.
Fees, tariffs, and pricing may change from time to time and will be displayed within the App prior to confirmation of any transaction.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with EV Pump’s refund policy and applicable laws.
Charging sessions once initiated may not be refundable, except in cases of technical failure attributable to EV Pump.
You agree to:
• Use the charging infrastructure responsibly and safely
• Follow instructions displayed at charging stations
• Ensure compatibility of your vehicle with the charging equipment
• Not misuse, damage, or tamper with EV Pump equipment
You shall not:
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or charging stations
• Use the Service in a manner that harms EV Pump or other users
EV Pump reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm the Service or other users.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property related to the Service are owned by or licensed to EV Pump. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use such materials without prior written consent.
The Service may include integrations or links to third-party services. EV Pump is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV Pump shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
EV Pump’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the preceding three months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EV Pump, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration, with the seat of arbitration in Mumbai, India.
EV Pump may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
